Hardcore Fitness Maniacs Weekend - April 1&2

Good Morning -

Hope everyone's having a good weekend. Last night I did get about 40 minutes additional cardio in (steady state - pretty low key). Today ... not sure yet. CTX upper body and some cardio, I think.

Diane Sue - I saw your post from last night. Based on your previous posts where you talked about how much a foam roller helps you, I'm thinking one would probably do me more good in the long run than any of the other DVD's I ordered (especially as far as injury prevention goes). So, it should be here in a few days ;) :D :D !! I made a note of the Kelli Robert's DVD for a later date. I've been thinking it's something I should invest in for awhile now. And it's such a minor investment, really, for the good it sounds like it contributes. Thanks for your input. Before you talked about using your foam roller, I had no idea what they were or what they did.
