Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Cathe's Body Blast Supersets. I matched Cathe's weight. Not sure if I feel very worked (other than my legs). I don't know if I should have worked my shoulders, as they are still very spasmed from aggravating them last week with bent over delt raises (I think).

Charlotte - I got the Stone Sour CD. Thanks for sending it. I listened to a little bit of it and it sounds pretty good. What I really want to know though is who track 16 is. It is the song right before the Fuel song. Do you remember who it is? I was watching some new videos of Buckcherry on Youtube last night and I see Josh died his hair red.

Have great workouts everyone. I'll try to check in from work later.

Does anyone know when the new Cathe's are due? Last I remembered reading was that we should have them around 10-20. Is that correct?
 
This morning I got on my treadmill for an hour. Just did a steady state at about 2.7 miles an hour. Got my heart rate up there and I was sweating like crazy. I was in my zone for 52 minutes and burned 332 calories.

Lora - I only like Super Sets or Push Pull when I do the premixes, otherwise I don't get a great workout with those. Not sure when her new DVD's will be shipped. Soon, I know that.

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. My entire body is sore and I have someone coming to view the house today so I think I will take today as a rest day and clean as much as I can.

So glad you got your cd. I made one for Deb too. They are good. I don't know track 16 cuz I was in a hurry and just picking out random ones I thought you might like. I pretty much like all of Stone Sour...every song. #7 is a nice one...slow, but not mushy. Hope you get addicted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So now you are doing workouts I understand!!! I know what you mean about the delt raises on those.

Hmmmm, I'll have to google them. Sounded like they were some sort of cover band.

About the mousse recipe. I had a thought while I was dipping my grapes into it (yum). It would be great for a fruit salad mix. You know the kind that usually uses yogurt and coolwhip.

Debbie - what are your favorite premixes off of those? I usually have an hour to work out.

Charlotte - I'll have to listen to that when I get home. I'm not good with making out words though.
 
Just saying hi. Starting to feel a bit of DOMS from PH last night. Was fun doing it with Chase! I was hoping for some ab DOMS since I did some weighted work with them, but oh well. Maybe later.
Not sure what I will do today.

Charlotte - my knee is ok but I'm being really careful with it. Thats why I'm only doing a steady state pace on the treadmill, its pretty much just a fast walk. Glad you are sore, so am I!

Lora - I like the splits, like the 3 sets upper body workout and the 3 sets lower body workout. I obviously do those on seperate days. They are burners.

Stone Sour is awesome! I'm loving the CD! Thanks Char!

Just wanted to drop by and say...Hi!!

I haven't worked out yet today....I could not get out of bed this morning....felt tooo good in that bed.

I won't be around for a few days...going to Oklahoma for my dd's final volleyball tournament of the year...glad about that!!

I will get in a workout at lunch and maybe one before I hit the road - to keep me awake of course!!

Good job on your workouts ladies!!

Good morning,
Today I did 2.75 mile treadmill run, SJP Step, and GS chest & back. I have been feeling achy and have a scratchy throat. I don't think I pushed so hard on my workout this morning.

Lora,not Debbie but thought I would say my favorite way to use Super Sets and Push & Pull is to split them into upper and lower body days. This leaves time to add some cardio as well unless you do PP upper 3 sets. I just recently started trying some of the Total body premixes recently. So far these are pretty long.

Deb, i do alot of treadmill walk w/ an incline . It really gets my heart rate up at times.

I am planning on KPC tonite if i ever get home . I have a couple long days here and tomorrow will be 9-8 so may take a rest day tomorrow.Can't complain on being buisy though.

I'm having one heck of a day here at work and I think I'm getting a bladder infection on top of it. I have a hair appt after work, so not sure if I'll get a chance to get on the computer later. I won't be home until after 7:00 pm or so.

Charlotte- his hair doesn't really look bad. It's punk rockish looking, of course and he looks like he finished off the tattoos he was adding on his front side.........NICE.

Do you like cranberry juice? You should drink some. Also have some yogurt. Drink tons of water. Your not drinking enough, are you? Sorry, I sound like a mom.

DD sat in front of the computer alot today looking over bpal reviews. She goes over her perfume list with her boyfriend. We are hooked, line and sinker.

I have to do some ab work. I just proscratinate on it. I didn't do it yesterday like I was suppose to. Just wiped out from workout. Will do some crunches while watching Biggest Loser.
