Morning Fit Ladies -

Well, had a rough night with this bladder infection and couldn't sleep (only got about 3 hours)...didn't hear the alarm at 2:30...so I was a bit late getting started...but I did Tracey Staehle's Kickbox Challenge (40 min). I added jumps, running, etc.. and had a pretty decent workout. My HR was in the high 140's and low 150's. I liked this more today, as I'm getting used to the combinations.

Well - not being able to sleep last night did come with one tiny reward...I was searching Pollstar for concerts and found out Buckcherry's coming to Canton, OH which is about an hour and 15 minutes from me. It's on 11-22 and the next day is Thanksgiving so I'm off work. The DH was awake also (got a late phone call) and believe it or not, he agreed to go...so I snagged 3 tickets. We're taking my one niece. I hope we got good seats.....I'm not sure when tickets went on sale, but Pollstar just added the show in the last 24 hours.

Charlotte - I'd invite you to Buckcherry, but I doubt you'd be able to go out of town the evening before Thanksgiving, right? No, I probably haven't been drinking enough. My boss is always wanting me right by the phone and sadly, I don't drink enough water because of that reason sometimes. I had the chills really bad the last couple of days and yesterday morning, I was EXTREMELY irritable and ajitated (spelling?) for some reason (couldn't figure out why) and then boom....the UTI struck and it made sense. Glad you're enjoying the oils. They are a fun hobby. What's your latest fave? Which reminds me....I think I'll wear some Smut tomorrow. (ETA: I can't drink cranberry juice cuz it irritates my IBS.....it's too acidic for me. I do eat yogurt daily though and I'm taking antibiotics now.)

Megadoo - No - I have not done the entire Tracey Core workout. The most I did at once was last Saturday, I did 20 minutes of it. I probably will never do the entire thing....as I don't feel that would be spending my time wisely right now....since I need to lose weight. I figure 20 minutes of ab work is plenty. Some day, if I ever get thin, I can do the whole thing. Not too worry thought....Diana Sue is getting the workout. My initial one was loose in the case and scratched, so they had to send me another and DS is getting my old one. She should have it this week.

Morning ladies . I am off to do Muscle Max. I need some weights today and won't be home from work till around 8 tonite so I am up early///If i don't get down there this am .I won't get it in. Everyone is getting sick. Winter is coming(can you believe it!)

Try to pop in later from work in between people.

So, yes, another rest day yesterday. I had fire meeting last night adn didn't get home till 9:20. I still have really good DOMS in my legs, lats and chest from Tues. And I lost another pound?! I am really hoping to feel better soon and get out this funk. I want to WO, alot, but just can't get my body to function right. I hope today will be better. I tried to get up early today, but that didn't happen. Unfortunate symptom of Sarcoidosis is fatigue, so getting out of bed at any hour is a chore! It will get better.
Forgot to tell you all that my lil sis (22) gave me a bunch of clothes, and they all fit! Amazing! I can't believe the jeans fit me! They certainly don't make them for people with thigh muscles LOL! A little snug, but I like it. The waists are actually great, I even have to wear a belt with some of them. I NEVER thought I would fit in my sis's clothes, ever. Makes me feel good.

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Yesterday I did not do much. Lazy feeling. Did some ab work from my abs diet book though. Today I will work my legs. I am gonna mix it up alot. Doing some of Legs and Glutes and squats, etc. I got to finish cleaning the house.

I do love these oils. I wear them according to my mood. I wore Kali yesterday because I felt like a Goddess...like I said above, I didn't do much...a Goddess shouldn't have to, right? lol. Today I am wearing Ravenous because I have alot to do today and want to "ravage" it all, if that makes sense. Love that scent too. My favorite is HellCat, without a doubt.

You might have blood in your urine if your getting chills, etc. I use to get bladder infections alot. I was also a secretary too for 3 years. I don't know what I am doing for Thanksgiving. Usually everyone comes to our house. Haven't thought about it yet. Hoping someone will buy our house. No one came to look at it yesterday.

It is nice to get a bunch of clothes, isn't it. Your right. Even little ole' me has a problem with bigger thighs. Nothing fits me right anymore. Waist, hips are very loose and then I get inseam marks down my thighs. I think one day, I will bust thru the leg part. lol.

Hope you start to feel better. Try not to let it get to ya.

DD is sick here too. Taking off from work today. I have been carrying the clorox bottle around with me to computer, etc. Don't want it. Hope you stay well too.

Today I am going to do cardio, abs, & Str/yoga. I think I will do am I Max or HCX. Not sure till I see which motivates me:)

Lora, I am sorry you had such a miserable night. You still got in a good workout this morning. And you got Buckcherry tickets:) Did you call your doctor?

Charlotte, just curious why you started doing legs more frequently? So you were a goddess yesterday:) I like those do nothing days once in awhile. Hope you accomplish everything you want to today. Sorry no one looked at your house:(

Meghan, that is nice you got those clothes and they fit. I bet you are so pleased. You are doing great. When I get the Tracey workout I am sure I will do it right away. I really appreciate Lora sending it to me. I think it will be fun as I love working abs.

Charlotte- yes, I used to get bladder infections ALL of the time and finally had to go to a specialist who put me on meds for an extended period and did some other stuff. Now, I just get them occasionally. No blood in the urine. I'm highly sensitive and even a slight infection will give me mega symptoms.

Diana Sue - yes, I called my OB/Gyn yesterday and got Pyridium (for numbing the UTI) and Bactrim DS (antibiotic). It usually takes me a good 3-4 days to feel better....as I'm pretty sensitive to infections. I probably should havve refrained from working out today....but you know me.

I felt I was working my legs really good while biking, but I am trying to calm down on the cardio so I just want to keep the legs looking good like rest of body so mainly just sticking with weights now. Legs and Glutes does get the hr up though. I feel like I am the only one on the planet that is trying to avoid cardio.

Morning Maniacs! It's legs and back and abs for me today. I haven't gotten in my extra cardio (doubles) this week, but I'm not going to stress about it. Also, I shouldn't have bought the apple struddle bread. Why do I do that?:9

Charlotte, Have fun cleaning and enjoy working those legs. That's what I'm doing today too.

Meg, congrats on losing another lb. and fitting into those tinny tiny clothes! You are rockin!

Did anybody watch Biggest loser last night? My son kept saying how HUGE trainer (what's her name) Lyons was. He kept saying how huge her neck was. I'm surprised he didn't comment on the "two" other huge things. LOL! Guess that look is not a for him. I'd love to do the elevator thing and see how long I could go. That'd be an awesome workout.

Figures you do double cardio. lol. Yes, I did watch Biggest Loser last night. I would love to have a behind like Kim's. I will be working on that part today. he he. I actually think my neck is looking bigger too. Just noticed that this morning, as a matter of fact. I like bigger on me except behind. Like mine more raised up like Kimmies. lol. So, I really like Pam's determination. Sometimes I don't care for her, but I like that willpower thing she has going on. Rocks! The other two red team girls, I don't care for. Give them a pacifier and a blankie. I like the blue team more though. I really miss Jillian. That elevator thing makes me want to try too...shall we all do it then???? That would be neat if we could all go to a mall and try it.

Dallys- i know.......not everyone likes Buckcherry or Josh. I guess he's an "acquired taste". If you like tattooed skinny rockers with eyeliner on (like me). .....then I guess you'd like him. I can see how some might be frightened. I'll have to post a full pic of his tattoo covered body for you to see. gotta get back to work.

Charlotte - I'm wearing Samhain 2006 version today and it smells so good. Makes me wonder why I don't wear it more often....although it is a strictly fall/winter scent. I'm gonna have to pick up some Hellcat. I remember liking that also.
 
Had a good w/o . The abs in MM kill me. She just keeps going.

Well it's snack time and a little break from work for me. It was double tough as I was slicing up my hard boiled egg whites and tomato right next to that darned apple studle bread. I haven't touched it today...yet.:)

Debbie, I know exactly what you mean by Kim looking "loose". It's stupid, but it kinda disapoints me. I was so motivated by Jilian, I even bought her book. LOL

Chatty Char, I will admit that Kim has a nice behind, but she's loose :) everywhere else. LOL Let's set up a time and all go to the mall and hog the escalators. People won't mind. :)

Well, this is the 3rd time I am typing this. My computer has a tendency to just dump what I am doing or move my wording around. So you guys are lucky because when I am done you get the condensed version of what I was blabbering about:) Anyway today I did IMax3 no str, Interval Max #1-#6, Amy Bentos Abs with some added resistance and my shoe weights, 3 sets ea. hanging knee raises 10# 20 reps, barbell rollouts on toes 45# 15 rep, and Bowflex resisted crunches 170# 25 rep, Yoga Shatki Basic Flow skipping the meditation.

Dallys, I know what you mean about the apple struedal bread. I probably would be shoveling it down. I bake things and wonder what I went and did that for.

Charlotte, so are you trying to keep your legs leaner while bulking upper body? I guess if you are a hard gainer you would have to lower or eliminate cardio. I read in a recent Oxygen Magazine where Monica Brant says she does 1 hour of cardio 7 days a week.

Debbie, Kim Lyons looks pretty good on the new cover of Muscle & Fitness Hers. You would have thought she would have worked to be in her best shape for the show though.

Meaghan, good for you getting your workout overwith. That is why I like doing mine in the morning so I don't have to worry about fitting it in later. You never know what is going to come up.

I love the way Monica Bryant looks! Amen to that!!! Thanks for the information about what she does. Very interesting. I am trying to build up my entire body...lower and upper. My limbs go on forever and I need the bulk. Not sure I will ever have calf muscles sticking out...genetically speaking. I go heavy with calf raises and go and tell hubby to see if he notices some calf...laughs. lol. You know me, I don't give up. I never will.
