Morning Maniacs -

Not sure if anyone's around. I finally have a day off!! I've been working open to closes and my feet and back are toast!

This morning I did Tracey Mallet's Bootcamp Burn It followed by Kettlenetics Turbo Sculpt. Workout was 1 hour 25 minutes and I burned 775 calories.

I also did 1/2 hour Classical Stretch, 20" of Hemelaya yoga and 10" Minute Amy Stretch, but none of these addressed the severe tightness I'm experiencing in my back and hamstrings!!

Have a great rest day or workout everyone.

I know not many are around today, but I have a personal question to ask. I'm 49 and I've been having TTOTM for 19 days straight. Has anyone had this and what was the cause and what had to be done for it? I I'm a bit concerned and was hoping someone else had a similar experience.
