Morning Maniacs -

This morning was a rest day for me. I forced myself to take one since it's supposed to be my recovery week. I did Yoga Inside Out - Go Deeper with Paula Tursi. Practice was 70".

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Today I am doing P90X Core Sygernistics. My back and arms are sooooo sore. I didn't do 15 pullups this time, but only 12. However, I did do 9 widegrips. Hubby is starting P90X today. I hope he sticks with it cuz he usually doesn't stick with things. It is up to him though. I want him to prove me wrong though.
 
Good Morning
Today is my 1st day of my rest week. I'm nervous (just dont want to gain weight:( but i will continue eating clean though.
Lora enjoy your rest day, you should take a rest week too:) You work out really hard!!!!
At work we just started selling new dog treats they're from kool dog cafe, kooldogcafe.com They look good enough for humans to eat and they are all natural. We also sell Three dog bakery, you might have heard of that company.
 
This morning I did Cardio. Chose Cardio Coach #2 revised. I love that workout. My HRM was all over the place. It shot up to 226 and stayed there for about 15 mintues! WTF? Then it would drop to 99 and below. I give up!

MOrning Maniacs! I'm still around, thanks for asking:), just been busy, you know how that goes? Today I did 30 min. on the bike and 30 min. on the treadmill. I also did Ab/core+. I'm still enjoying the P90X+'s. Now it's time for CleanX2theMax+++!!!

Today was supposed to be Yoga X. I did Turbo Jam Kickin Core and Spinervals Flexible Warrior energy, swim and run segments. I am taking off to do some work with dh.

Afternoon Maniacs,


Boy what a day. This morning was cardio so I did CC #4. Once again I got my butt kicked (in a good way). Absolutely loving the CC's. Then took kids to swim lesson and right after lessons, DD says ear hurts. Which quickly deteriorated into all out wailing. So took her to "Urgent" Care Center on way home and had to try and comfort her for two hours while waiting to be seen. She is now sleeping peacefully.

Hello Ladies!

Don't know if anyone's still around or not. I'm still here, just been crazy busy at work and by the time I get home, make dinner, feed the birds, clean up, etc., etc. I'm zonked. I've started my cycling training so it will probably be pretty boring reading for you all as it will always be pretty much the same - cardio and legs with upper body thrown in between my leg sets when I'm resting. Oh, and core work since a strong core is important on the bike. So I guess everything. :p

I peek in on you all every now and then when I have a minute and you're still rockin' the workouts as usual!

Spent 5 hours painting. Just getting around to dinner. I had a salad earlier today but that is all.
