Morning Ladies! Lora, where are you this morning?

Well, a crappy morning so far. I had a yucky headache this morning and crappy sleep, so no WO, then realized I left my carseats in my dad's car last night, and he is already at work this AM (he thought I took them out last night when I picked the boys up), so no pre-K for Chase, and no errands today. Plus my toes are still VERY sore (from Sarcoidosis) I had to put heat packs on them last night they hurt so bad.
So ANYWAY, I am planning Interval Max today, for the first time. Just don't know when! I need to plan a rotation I guess. I am definatley totally pleased with the results from the one part a day rotation I just completed. Thanks for that suggestion ladies. I have nice bi and tri DOMS too!

So enough blabbing. I hope you all are having a wonderful morning, and great WO's. BBL.

Lora is now sleeping in. Thank god i feel like i should be getting up earlier.Or she had work to catch up on.

Maeg, you will feel better later. I never plan a whole rotation.
Just decide upper, lower , cardio and do something.
Tunite shall be legs , abs and the treadmill or step. Depending on how the legs feel.

Buisy day at work today, so depends on how i feel.

Yes - I slept until 4:20 so I probably won't be able to sleep tonight!! That's a bit too much sleep for me. I did Kelly Coffey's The Shape of Things to Come this morning followed by Shiva Rea's Fluid Power Yoga 50 minutes (Foundation Vinyasa, Mandala Namaskar I, Basic Back Bend Flow, Forward Bends and Hip Opening and Savasana).

I did Kelly Coffey this morning cuz I preordered her 2 new workouts. Wow - I forgot what a workout this was. Just coming off of the P90X rotation, I'd compare this morning's workout to Core Synergestics combined with Plyo X on a step plus additional weight work. My muscles were fatigued. I used from 8-12 pound weights and really felt this in my muscles. I know I'll be sore tomorrow.

My Amy Staehle's shipped yesterday, so I should have them tomorrow. I'm going to probably play around with those and throw this Kelly Coffey workout in with some Jari Love's until I start another rotation.

I think I'm getting a pair of Saucony crosstrainers in Black/purple for my birthday next week. I have to talk to the DH about them before I order. I need new shoes badly.

Charlotte - forgot to mention that my Halloween BPAL order came. I really like Pumpkin Queen, Sugar Skull and the Black Moon's. Also, Dia De Los Muertos is fabulous this year. It smells like the 2004 version which was the good version. Last year's was not so good. I ordered 2 more bottles last night along with another bottle of Brides of Dracula and Wilhemna Murray (both of which I like). Samhain smells good also, as does All Souls.....which is a sweet incense blend...mmm. Anyway - I hope you get yours soon. I don't like Creepy as much as I thought I would....but I have to do more testing.

Have great workouts everyone. I'm off to soak in the tub. We'll probably go to a movie later and I have to make up some samples of perfume oils for E-bay and list stuff. I'll be back.

Marietta - By the way - you mentioned you ordered some oils a while back. I'm curious to know what you ordered and if you received them yet. Also wanted to know if you liked them? Charlotte seemed to like the batch of samples she purchased with my help more than what she ordered on her own....so I was just wondering.

Today the workout planned on my rotation was Get Ripped Slim & Lean. 2 weeks ago when I did this I did it as a circuit with the segments of Low Max holding light dumbbells. I may do it this way again. This is my 4th week. I am debating changing the workouts next week but sticking with Heavy weights at the beginning of the week hitting everything then a total body of some sort later. I just have to choose what workouts:).

Lora, I saw those black & purple crosstrainers. I really want a pair myself. I love my white Saucony crosstrainers.

Morning Maniacs!

I didn't get in my Cardio or Abs yesterday. But, my butt is sore from my legs and back workout, so that's good. Today is KenpoX and I'll try to get some abs in somewhere. I'm feeling more energy at least, compared to the beginning of the week.

We didn't get the hot tub hooked up. We need some electritian(sp?) help. LOL! Hopefully we'll get that done today. I also have a stinkin' cold! I'm not happy about that. It's the sore throat kind.:(

So far, this has been my favorite full body workout. Charlotte - You are going to love this one!

This is what I did:

Incline DB Rows: 25#/15 - 30#/10 - 35#/8 - 40#/5
Incline Flies: 25#/18 - 30#/10 - 35#/8 - 40#/6
Squats: 75#/15 - 85#/10 - 95#/8 (stopped at 3 sets because my low back was really tight this morning. I hate that my squats are so light. Damn back!)
Side Lateral Raise - 12#/15 - 15#/11 - 17#/8 - 20#/5
Zottsman Curl (Cathe's curl up-reverse downs) - 12#/15 - 15#/10 - 20#/8 - 25#/5 (I'm feeling these already)
Dumbbell Tricep Lying Extensions - 12#/18 - 15#/10 - 17#/8 - 20#/4

Then I did Muscle Max abs and stretch. Total workout was one hour, seven minutes. I was in my zone for 49 minutes and burned 339 calories. Didn't think I needed to do the treadmill with that calorie burn!

Mornin Maniacs!!

This morning I didn't do anything! Wow...felt wierd typing that. I took some cold medicine at 2:00 a.m. and was groggy this morning so I stayed in bed until I had time to nothing but get ready for work. I'll definitely do something at lunch...

Megadoo - So you have Interval Max on tap eh? That's a good workout...it sorta sneaks up on ya. That sucks about the car-seats...hate when that happens.

Lora - Yeah Toasty told me that your recommendations where better than those she picked. How do I go about getting samples? I ordered Hunger, Dorian, and Come to Me. I'd like samples before ordering more. Heck, I've got at least 3-weeks before I get what I ordered.

Dallys - It's always something isn't it? I know you were excited about the hot-tub, now another delay...bummer!

Debbie - Great workout...sorry about the back...but, glad you listened to your body.

So Deb- are you only going "up the pyramid" and not back down, (not that you really need to LOL!). Those are some really impressive weights. Great WO! Sounds like a really good one. What are your goals now, more muscle mass? Just curious.

Yeah Marietta, just don't know when today! Probably won't be till tonight seeing how the day is going. Oh well. I am looking foward to it, being it is a new one for me.
At least my hams feel much better today.

Marietta - I think you'll like Dorian...but I'm not sure about Hunger or Come to Me. I don't particularly care for those. As I told Toasty, most of my favorites end up being Limited Editions. I just got a compliment from the drink waitress in Harrah's the other morning when I was wearing Mme. Moriarty (one of my new fave's). I gave her the bottle that had a small amount left in it and turned her on to BPAL. She was excited cuz she was really into perfume,etc. What do you mean about getting samples? Are you asking how long their shipping time is? I just rec'd my Aug 30th order. What sort of scents or notes do you like? Maybe I can help you find some that you might like. I tend to like sweet scents, milk/creamy scents, fruity scents, incense blends, sandalwood, patchouli, some florals...but mostly with wood bases or fruity florals. I don't really care for rose....but I do like Harlot because I'm a cinnamon freak and Harlot is cinnamon and rose. Feel free to PM me.

Terri - I wanted to try a pair of the cross trainer Saucony's, as I think I need the support for lateral movements.
 
I finished my workout. I did it circuit style again. This time though I did the squat & Lunge segment after the first Low Max cardio this seems to work well because then you go into those LM lunges:). When I was done with the weights and cardio I did those barbell pullups from Oxygen Magazine 2 sets of 12. Those are hard and a little awkward but I am sure I will get used to it.

Debbie, 25# on those Zotsman curls is great. I usually do them on Cathe's w/ 15#. Good workout.

Marietta, Sorry you are getting a cold. I am just getting over mine.

Dallys, I forgot we did have to get an electrician with our hot tub. We ran an extension cord to get it started though and then had the electrician come out. I am sure that was disappointing.

Maeghan, hope the headache cleared up for you. I always have a couple of booster seats and a car seat so if one of the family comes and their other half has the seats they can borrow. I just always told them to bring them back asp.. My grandchildren are too old for them now though.

Meaghan - Sorry you aren't feeling well. Hope your day is getting better. Not sure what my goals are, I guess continue to gain muscle until closer to summer, then I want to GET RIPPED! If I can. We'll see.

Hi again :)

Just finishe Kenpo X and TJ Ab Jam. Used my weighted Gloves. Ab jam had my abs burning pretty good. I should do this one more often.

Diane Sue, You workout sounds like a great combonation. We(or should I say DH) are still working on the hot tub. DH is determined to have it running today. Man on a mission.:)
