Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Friday 10/20

Morning Fit Ladies -

This morning I did Tom Holland's Total Body Workout. This is basic weightlifting with short/simple aerobic intervals in between exercises. It is a 45 min workout, but I added some longer aerobic segments and some additional weights to make it a 65 minute workout. I burned 330 calories. Also added a 10 pound dumbell to my ab exercises.

Have great workouts and I'll try to check in from work, but it's been hectic. I wasn't around last night, as I was sick again and I fell asleep and missed GH again. I really need to start getting more than 4 hours of sleep a night. I'm exhausted right now and sleepy....and it's early.

Today is my rest day. Have to deliver Avon in rain. Oh joy. I'll check back in later. Hope you all have excellent workouts!
 
Meg - about GH, yes I saw Jason kick the crap out of Ric, that was awesome! Man, he did some damage it looks like. Ric is such a snake. I don't know, I have a feeling it isn't Jason's baby but you may be right. It always seems to work out that way.
 
Today I am sort of undecided. I want to get in a Total body workout and cardio. I have missed my yoga and stretching this week. I am hoping I can get that in tomorrow. I will have my two of my Granddaughters hear all day today. I'll check back later.

Morning ladies . I am hoping to be able to w/o tonite. Throat is still scratchy, bit the no time for colds and listerine is helping.
It was Thera flu and bed at 9.

Hoping for a good total body tonite since i skipped yesterday and maybe some cardio depending on how i feel.
Maybe some power hour..
We'll see.

Lora- you are so good at modifying your WO's. Good job.

DS- I hope you enjoy your day with your grand daughters and have a fun WO. I definately need to do more yoga, but I seem to run out of time. I really need to fix that.

Deb- I hope you are right about Jason. I want him and Sam to just get back together and move on. Hopefully the test results will be in today. LOL!

Not sure what to do today. I am thinking a circuit or something. Have to go run errands first. Boys still aren't 100% so I am keeping Chase home from Pre-k again.

Hey Crazy Maniacs! Today is Core Synergistics. Didn't do it yesterday because my neck was tweaked. So I took a rest day yesterday.

Meg, Laughed at you talking to yourself on yesterdays post. I do that all the time. I just start typing and can't stop. LOL!

Anne, I hope your cold goes away soon. I hate getting colds. It affects everything you do.

Diane Sue, Have fun with the girls. I bet you are the best Grandma ever! You pay so much attention to the grandkids.

Lora, How many workouts do you have? You have such a variety. You could never get bored. The new Cathe's are gonna be here soon! Get some sleep, girl! :)

I'm at Lunch......in my office with my door closed...so thought I'd pop in.

Dallys - when I counted videos - before I started buying DVD's (didn't have a DVD player yet), I had 250. I'd say I probably have 350 now (at least). I'm a pack rat and don't like to throw things out. Every time I try to - I throw it in the trash and my DH pulls it out and says "you might want to do it when your 70". Usually, he gets mad at me for stock piling all of my other addictions around the house, i.e., BPAL, Lush, etc., but not workouts for some reason. I have everything by Beachbody and most of CAthe's - minus a few older ones.

Gotta run........I hear my boss coming in.

I need a GH update.......and hopefully I'll stay awake tonight.
 
Hey again. I've been house cleaning and am about ready to workout.

Randi, let us know how you like that rotation. Looks like a good one.

Lora, You have a crazy bunch of workouts! I'm the opposite as you. I can easily get rid of mine. :) I only like to keep a small amount or I get all nervous. I do regret getting rid of Hardcore extreme and Kick Max though. The only ones, besides the new Cathes, that I'm interested in, are the Barry Bootcamps. If they aren't right up there with P90X, I'm not interested in them. I've gotten so picky.

Cathe has her "Low Impact Cuircut" up on the Cathe Player. Looks fun! I must say, I don't like her baggy pants with the sash belt. It will look dated very quickly. Maybe she has something around her knee and wants to hide it with the great big, fat, wide legged, baggy pants, or something (ok. I'm exaggerating here). I like the other girls more fitted pants.

Did some more cleaning and now I'm finally ready to workout.

Hey guys no check in yesterday.Son had a playoff game so it was hectic.Yesterday I did cathe's superset workout 8-10 reps.Today nothing I really don't feel like doing anything either-kinda blah today.I have a sore throat so I will see how I feel later.
Glad I didn't miss much.:) while I was gone.see new workouts are starting to ship monday.
 
Good afternoon,
Today I kind of chose workouts that my granddaughters did portions of with me. I started Amys A team bootcamp they did weights and liked the bouncing on the ball, I stopped at the stretch and did Step & Pump Premix Ultimate energy circuit no w/u or str, then I did the Power Cirtcuit section and str of Body Max. By the time I reached Body Max they went to play with the puppy. I ended with Amys Str #2.

Lora, I had loads of vhs workout tapes. I finally sold most on e bay and replaced some especially Cathe's with dvd's. I have loads of dvd's now. I have some I rarely use but think maybe I will need something easier someday so I keep them. I did keep the old Firm Strength and Cardio VHS and I have Cathes MIS VHS just because I couldn't throw it out and I have no one that wants to do it here. and can't sell it because it has a small glitch in the ab segment because it got caught in the vcr once.

DS- I wish I had all those old tapes! LOL!! Most of my other videos are not "hard enough" so to speak. Not since starting Cathe anyway. I am slowly building my collection though. Putting alot on my Christmas list hehe !!

About to go WO. Not sure yet what I will do, but will figure it out soon enough!

OK, so probably talking to myself again! LOL!!

I decided on BC. I did everything but core premix, then went back and did the core only premix and stretch, and then did my Yoga for Beaty, Dusk, skipping the warm up. I could kick myself for not doing that more often. My body feels amazing right now. I really need to do it more. I want to get the Yoga for Beauty, Dawn too. They are by Rainbeau Mars, btw.

WEll, I better shower and hit the sack. I have to work in the AM.
