Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Mon Mar 12

Today was total body and I had a pretty good workout. 18 reps which you all know is not my favorite, but I felt the burn and did well with it.

3 sets/18 reps with 2 minutes rest between each set.

Incline Dumbbell Press - 20's

Band Pulldowns - All three of my bands - got a great burn

Bulgarian Split Squats - 12's - these also burned like a mother

Lateral Raise - 8's

Seated Dumbbell Curls - 12's

Lying Tricep Dumbbell Extension - 12's
 
I had a headache this morning so it took some pushing to get moving. I started my workout with Les Mills Pump and Shred 47 min, 258 calories, this was legs, back, chest, shoulders, and abs. I then put in Les Mills Pump Revolution and did triceps, biceps and abs 13 min, 70 calories. I followed this with Cathe's Low Impact Series Trisets premix back, biceps, and abs skipping the warm up, 29 min, 158 calories. I finished with Les Mills Flow 20 min 66 calories. I did not feel like cardio today at all so skipped it. Total time was 1 hr 49 min and calories burned 553.

Debbie, nice workout. I hate high reps but am really pushing my endurance work here lately.
