I forgot to post on Saturday, my workout was Pilates. This morning I did Jari Love's Getted Ripped and 4.26 miles on the treadmill. I'm finally getting back into cardio.

Eating has been good and so has my water.

Hi Everyone!

I finally did a workout today!! I did the cardio only portion of 4DS LIS. I had a little pain at my surgery site, but not enough to stop the workout. I decided that I am going to ease back into working out so I don't flare up my hip issues. I am going to use the '10 May rotation to get back in the swing of things. I've never stuck to a rotation so hopefully this one will work out for me :)

I had awesome feedback from the scale today...I am at 145.6! My BMI is finally back to normal. Woohoo! It feels so good to make progress on my goals. I only have 2 more pounds to go to be down 20 lbs since January. I feel amazing :D
