overhead press: 2 X 10 15
preacher curl on ball: 10 15
push ups: 6 toes 2 kness
Wide " : 4 toes 4 knees
push ups: 20 knees
overhead press: 2 X 8 15
BB curls: 20# BB 15
flys: 2 X 10 15
combo side front raise: 2 X 5 8
Incline band: Pink 32
straddle push-ups: 15..awkward
lateral raise: 5#DB 15
curls: 2 X 10 16
push-ups: 16 knees
bow & arrow: pink 19
curls wide: 20# 21
drop set push-ups: 10 toes, 8 knees, 6 knees
upright row: 20#BB
alternating curls: 2 X 10 16
push-ups 21's: 0
front press 20# BB 21
narrow curl: 20#BB 21
