Hallo girls,

I am done with Drill Max, 74 min! Felt like doing a circuit workout today, so I did:eek: I burned 937 cal according to my HR monitor:eek: I will have DH check my HR out, that seems a little high, altough I was sweating my butt off the entire 70+ min:eek: Anyway had an awesome workout:D was a lot of fun! I also did abs from LIC! That's it for me today.

i did it! officially 190. 190.2 or something. that's a loss of 2-3# its a range bc of course my wt varies from day to day.
i haven't been exercising much. sun i didnt do anything. but my cals are pretty low, and i'm probably eating a little less fat now since i have to write it down. about 20% cals from fat. amazing how much fat is in stuff i didn't realize or wouldn't count. but anyway, happy happy day :D signing up for the 5# challenge is paying off. thanks for your support too. got to get going.
