I walked 3 miles this morning with my dogs and after lunch I walked another mile to the grocery store. My plan is to walk the dogs again tonight and do some yoga or stretching. Tomorrow I will do UB + LB (40 min.) from Total Body Scalping. I did the DVD as is on Monday, it was to short for me. I didn’t get a good enough leg workout in.
Amelia, I have an appointment with a specialist in June. I only picked up my paper works. They took blood tests yesterday, they go to Landstuhl. Not sure when the results are in? I will call Friday and find out. I would be disappointed too! Would have been nice for him to tell you upfront! That’s a lot of money for a startup fee, especially now with the economy. At least you have you workout DVD’s and TM. You really don’t need a gym. Enjoy your workout today. No changes in the scale. I am still doing good.
