DH is home today, I will not be around the forum that much:(

Warm up:
Flat bench press BB/ 45#/45#

Workout: 4 sets/ 6 reps
Flat bench press BB/ 70#/71#/71#/71#
BB rows/ #71/71#/71#/71#

Chest flys (flat bench) DB/ 22#
One arm rows DB/ 27#

Incline chest press BB/ 71#
Leg cursl (instead of deadlifts) 50#

Incline chest flys DB/ 22#
One arem horizontal rows DB/ 27#

I also did 30 min yoga! That's it for me today. Have a busy day ahaid. BBL!

Today was the start of Week 4 of Meso 2! Today I did Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. I swear Cathe was just flying through some of those dropsets! Augh. I am pooped out!

This weekend DH and I worked on putting up part of the fence in the yard - I am rather sore from that work as well. sigh.

This is going to be a short week at work for me. Taking a couple of days off to enjoy our "spring break" from school and also to work on fence project. I hope the weather holds up!

Hi everyone!

I decided that I want to feel like I'm capable, so I'm retro-ing back to the Firm this week. Tonight I did BSS1 Ab Scuplt. At least I can keep up. We'll see how I feel in the a.m.

Also, today I finally tried cottage cheese (which had been well blended to remove the curds) with yogurt, and found out I like it. I know this is recommended, but I could never get beyond the curds. I might just have a new favorite snack.
