Vacation!!! Well, its not much of one. As soon as DH wakes up we will probably hit up the fence....hmm...
This morning I did TF HiiT 15 + Sculpt 30. Yikes, that resistance band really worked my body hard. Its so different from lifting weights. I am actually hoping that with TF I will lean out a little bit so that I don't look bulky (or bigger than my DH muscle wise)
