Good Morning

Wow,this week is going by so slowly it seems..

Yesterday was L&G's, today is a short cardio. Tommorrow is a rest day before my 5K on saturday
My eating has been great since sunday...no change on the scale....i don't care,that scale is only one way of measure;)

Amelia - I thought the same thing on Tuesday! Although its thursday today - it feels like monday for some reason...grr... Great attitude about the scale - I'm starting to get the same attitude towards it. BTW - I gained 20lbs over night!!!! Just kidding! Actually I just entered my weight in the workout manager as 20lbs over what I actually am - it woke me up really fast! lol

Today was 10-10-10 cardio and stability ball abs. I can't get over how funny cathe and her crew look when they do those uppercuts in these older videos- they look like machines! :) I haven't done many of the CTX workouts and today was my first time doing this one. I was impressed with the sweat by the end of it.
