Good Afternoon Ladies!
Today I did Chest, Back and Abs. The push ups must be getting a LITTLE easier for me. I was able to do all 120 on my toes. Of course, I'm not able to get my chest all the way down to the floor, but I'm making a little progress. I did Core Max 1 afterwards. It was tough to do the levitation holds after all of those push ups. Maybe I should have tried core first.
