Good Morning
Today I woke up early, so I mixed things up a little. I did S&H shoulders, bi, tri and abs! A 90 min. workout! I did shoulders because when I do them with legs, I always feel I fatuge them lifting the BB over my head, but I still lifted the same weights, so maybe not.
stats:
shoulders
front raises: 3 sets 8#
side lateral raises: 3 sets 8#
posterieer delt raises: 1 set 8#,(felt it in my tri, and was working them next) so: 2 sets 5#
seated overhead press: 2 sets 15#
side lying external rotation: 2 sets 3# (can't ever seem to go up, I always really feel it with 3#)
tri
overhead extention: 2 sets 20#, (really felt it in my shoulders) so..1 set 15#
lying extension: 2 sets 8#, 1 set 10#
kickbacks: 1 set 8#, 2 sets 5# (what a diff. it makes going s&h)
dips with 30# barbell 2 sets
bi
db curl: 2 sets 15#, 1 set 12#
hammercurl: 2 sets 15#, 1 set 12#
BB curl: 1 set 30#, 2 sets 25#
bb wrist curl: 25#
reverse wrist curl: 5#
abs were tough!
Tracee/ Gin- How did you guys do today? Don't you love the lifting days!
Marcy- Which yoga did you end up doing? Good job with the headstand in the center of the room!
