Nuttin' exciting going on here. Just another boring Monday beginning again. Booh.

Today will be f/b weights-no cardio. Haven't picked my poison yet. I must go do that soon.

Diana:: Sorry about DS' bike. I could see my son ending up like that. He's only 5 but I am always getting upset with him for not taking better care of his toys. I hope this behavior improves. Sounds like you made the best of your limited options for working the lower body. Good job. Being restricted from doing anything is only going to make you want to do it more. It's just the way it is. Stinks huh?

Good Morning!

I said I might not be around as much....not gone forever:p I will always be here my mornings I have to work though. Its the other days that slip by me so fast. You guys didn't think you were gonna get rid of me that fast, did you??:eek:

ANOTHER crazy day yesterday! I think things will return to some what normal now. After I checked in yesterday, I cleaned the house a bit, then my friend and her niece came over to workout. They didn't leave until 11:30...then I got a 40min run in myself. DH signed a bunch of the kids up for a Halloween bowl-a-thon. So we went to that at 1:30. I was in contact with the photograhper all day b/c we were suppose to have over pics done at 4 but it rained off and on all day! She could have done it today at 4 but that would have been another crazy day b/c I would have had to leave work by 3:30,pick DS up, DH would have had to leave work and so on....so I said "lets do it" Thank goodness the rain held up until we were done. I can't wait to see them! DS was his normal self and would only cooperate when HE wanted to....and then he had his little pumpkin in almost every picture. I will let you know when I have them, I will put them on FB.

While I was at the bowl-a-thon yesterday my friend who I am working out, told me that when she arrived home from my house...her DH surprised her with a trip the the Bahamas. Of course I am a little jealous :eek: b/c who wouldn't want to go there??? Works out better for me b/c now she wants to workout MORE! LOL I have a feeling her sessions will be upped from 3 to 5 now. I could probably charge her whatever I wanted and she would pay it!

Sooooo, todays workout is gonna be a run mixed in with weights. I feel the need to sweat! I had an awesome sleep last night. Put DS to bed and I fell asleep, woke up at 10:30..went straight to my bed and woke up at 6:30!

Wendy** No...no...nobody is biting the dust!! I just wanted to let you guys know where I was if I didn't check in for a few days. It would be awesome if I had my own computer cause DH takes his to work and DD's hogs her's. Sounds like you are loving your new bed. Becareful though.. I got pregnant when we bought out new bed;) Strange but true! hehe!!! Have a good workout!

Diana** You must have been so pissed! No need to explain why you wanted to hit something. Remember when I caught DD drinking a while ago...well...I wanted to hit her!:eek::eek:Not something....terrible I know! But they drive us right to the edge of insanity! When we were at the v-ball tournament there were 3 other moms there. Now that I am older I am not uncomfortable around them anymore. But when these kids first started school I was the young mom. I was only 22 and they were all in their 30's. How many times did I forget things....Anyway...when the girls won gold,the moms started taking pics of them and here I was with no camera. I felt like she was 5 again! They were so on the ball and I had no clue! LOL Then I thought...wait a min...she broke my camera! Along with her Ipod!!! Their cameras were expensive wons around their necks. They probably didn't let their grumby hands touch them!

Alright...enough chit chat! Gotta get my workout in!

KCM 30 minutes to fitness Weights: 30 minute full body premix (which was light on legs sooooo...)
Legs and Glutes assorted standing leg work
and last but not least
KPC stability ball abs but I admit that I was just too pooped to do the planks. :p

Hi Ladies,

Is it Monday already. Back to work I guess. I'm having a very hard time at work and it is quite draining on me. I think I need to listen to some motivational books or something to change my attitude from negative to positive.

Good News, when DH1 came home from work (at 1:30am) he saw Jerod's bike and wheeled it around to the backyard. Just the same, I do not feel guilty for being pissed at Jerod for not taking care of his things!

My glutes are super sore today, the legs just feel a tad sore right now. I'm sure it has something to do with the hip lifts.;)

I wanted to step today, my knee finally feels like it is starting to heal and I don't want to risk a set back. Since I did legs yesterday, KPC will fit the bill nicely today. If possible, I will hit the gym for Chest, Triceps and abs.

Wendy-Nice workout this morning! You are my motivation every morning to get myself downstairs and working out!

Lori-I just have a digital camera and usually keep it in my purse. Of course the problem with that is sometimes it needs charged when I want to use it.:p Can't wait to see the family pics, they will be great I'm sure. Sounds like your friends Bahama may be lucrative for you!

Laura-how was your weekend? How did your team do?? The Denver Broncos got beat up bad by the Raiders...59-14. I left and went grocery shopping in the 2nd qtr when it was 30-0.

Jacque-Hope you are feeling better. Soon all this work stress will be behind you and you will have a big fat paycheck! Just working on the power of positive thinking!

...ACK, I'm missing my w/o. DH just called to let me know his cousin is coming over to pick up his sun glasses he left here yesterday. Hope he gets here soon, still time for a HIIT or a single body part of weights.
 
Morning ladies !

Quick jog on through as I make my attempt to get back to normal. :p

Y'day I just vegged around, colored the grays and we went up to DS1 & family to watch the Sharks game - big UGH there. Of course we miss the two games they won and have only seen losing games ! Ah well, they will pull it together one of these days . . . Was good to see the GS's as they were in very good moods and enjoyable. ;)

Today will be the second week in the rotation I started a while ago :rolleyes::eek: which I believe is based upon 4DS workouts with additional cardio. Just what the Doctor ordered. Don't have time for personals right now . . . Lori, ahem . . . you wrote an entire book . . . not bad for someone who doesn't have time to post ! ! ! :D Good to hear you are not lost forever.

Enjoy the day ladies - I will BBL with a workout to post ! (Feeliing OK so far, crossing fingers that I stay this way or get even better as the day passes).

Hey Girls!:)

Its me AGAIN! Work is very slow today! My coworker was called in early in the a.m and she even had some of my work done for me...God love her!

I ended up getting on the TM @ 7:20...my goal was 7:15 so that wasn't to bad. I did 4 miles on the TM and about half of STS disc 9. My mom was at the house and I didn't have to take DS to the sitters. I do have to go home soon though and take him to preschool, could be interesting!

Wendy** Nice workout this morning. Hope you are having a good day at work and not day dreaming about your bed!:D:p;)

Diana** How many DH's do you have? You said that DH1 found Jerods bike! LOL We know what you meant, funny just the same. I remember one time on the forum I meant to time " I woke up and looked at the clock" but I ended up leaving the "L" out of clock. Everyone got a good kick out of that one! hehe! Happy to hear he found his bike! Even though it doesn't dismiss the fact that he isn't careful with his things. I bought DD and I matching sweaters for out pics. Her's was grey and mine was brown. When I looked last night she had it thrown down on the floor. I hate saying "when I was your age...." but when I was her age, I was use to take such good care of my new things! And I still do! Drives me nuts. Sounds like you are going through bit of a slump at work...I know what that's all about. I didn't think there was any amount of motivation that was going to make me happy again!

Jacque** I have alot to say while I am drinking my morning foffee and there is no one bothering me:D I won't find it to hard checking in first thing most mornings but there are mornings I feel like I should be studying and not surfing the web! Maybe if I don't get called into work any nights this week my life will seem so what normal again. Hope you have a good day at work!

Lori:: Nice! Sounds like things are going your way with the training gig! When is your friend going to the Bahamas? So you finally logged good sleep last night? Good for you! I went to bed at 9 and got up at 4. That's the norm for me. LOL-I wasn't trying to get rid of you. Infact it was quite the opposite. Glad to hear you are aren't going to be THAT scarce.

Diana:: My work out schedule is a victim of circumstance and it kills me to have to get up that early to work out but it is what it is and I am NOT giving up my work outs so I deal with it! Glad I am able to inspire you though! Makes it all the more worth it! Your DS is a good guy for taking care of his brother's stuff like that. Probably would have saved some heart ache tho if he had said something sooner! LOL Glad to hear the knee seems to be getting better. Smart call not to push it too much too soon!

Jacque:: Glad you could swing by here this morning! Any work outs you can squeeze in when you are busy are GOOD work outs! Once I learn HIS I may actually do a 4DS rotation as produced! :p

Okay...it took me a good 2 hours to get to this point in this post I think. I am hitting post wether I am done or not at this point! LOL
 
Monday . ugh

Hello Ladies ..

WE WON .. we are now #1 on the BCS ... WWWWWAAAAAAAARRRRRRRR EAGLE!!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D WOOT WOOT!!!!! Sat I did manage to do MD cardio/weight :eek: WOW different and fun!!! a sweat fest and very unique weight segment .. worked the crap outta the core .. I am STILL DOMing in the shoulders, delts, and butt :eek: .. my shoulder did NOT like it though .. it is worse .. I may have to break down and see DR about it .. it is feeling more TORN now .. but prbly it is impingment .. caused by bursitis .. ugh .. OLD AGE and WORN OUT shoulder!!!!

Lori ... nice work on your training .. ya she is probably gonna be devoted student w/upcoming vaca to tropics!!

DI .. I could use some motivation too .. if you find something that works .. do share!!!

Wendy .. great workout .. the new workouts sound good ..

SIL: think she is in total denial .. she is not telling DB all of it ..her apnt w/specialist this week .. hoping he will sit them both down and it will be more concrete about what is going on and how to fix it ..

OK .. better run .. gonna pop some ibuprofen for the shldr .. guess I will ice it when I get home .. no more pushups or side planks for a while either .. soooooo tonight prbly gonna be a circuit class or all step ..

Laura, the QUEEN OF DOMS! :D Sorry about SIL. I sincerely hope it all works out and she gets the care she needs and takes care of HERSELF so that she can get better! Yes, my new Kimberly Spreens are awesome so far! I really love her work out style. Very different from the other KB that I have. I will be able to play around with these for a long time to come with out getting bored b/c there are so many ways to mix and match them. :) Next on my wish list are the boat load of KCM's that I don't yet own! *insert evil grin here* But with the new Spreens having just arrived and the new Cathe's on the way in November, I think I need to hold off on KCM for just a wee bit longer, don't you? ;):p:D Enjoy class tonight!
