Hello ladies !
Well I did set my alarm for 5 AM but didn't get up !
Just not feeling like I've slept enough to get up early right now. It could be STS that is doing it to me since I used to just lift close to what Cathe did in all her programs and now I am pushing myself. That is my story and I'm sticking to it !
Honestly I do think it is making a difference in my tiredness - that being said, not sure I'll be able to add extra cardio since doing it all at night just won't fit into my schedule. I did get my Disc 10 in last night, all the push ups except the staggered which just will not work with my shoulders. It hurts real bad like bones crunching so I didn't do those. Was able to adjust the others, did a few of each on my knees, but was able to modify some of the hand positions to make it through at least all the reps.
Not sure if I'll do RS or IMax 3 or a combo since I missed RS the other day and IM3 is on for today. Or possibly a CC which will really get me some HIIT. Will see when I get home.

Thinking lots of us are having sleep issues right now. Time change, very hard workouts, getting older? As long as we keep pluggin' away, huh? Did you get around to Clean Max or just still figuring out if you want to come back from vacation yet?
Lori - Am wondering if you meant DS instead of DH? Otherwise it seems you'd have two handfuls bugging you now. LOL ! Good to hear you are able to pick up some extra hours. Did you get your workout in?
Diana - GREAT JOB on the eats last night ! You did good chickie ! Sorry you didn't sleep well again. Do you have any "natural" remedies that work for you like a long hot bath a bit before bed, warm milk with Ovaltine, reading, etc that you could try tonight. I have had good luck with a dose of melatonin when I can't sleep well. Usually by the 3rd or 4th night of bad sleeping I'll give in and take a couple tabs about an hour before I want to sleep. I can sleep all night long afterwards and have no side effects.
I think way back last year when I started training for my puny 10K I briefly checked out his website but ended up using Runner's World instead. Seems like I had at least 15 mi. per week/running 4 times with a longer run on the weekend. Got up to 11 miles at the end of the 3 month program. How many miles does Hal have you running for a HM? Maybe I'll "pretend" I need to train and that will help me get in the running mood again. Keep looking at the beautiful sun that we've had here and there and think I just need to GO FOR IT and lace up the shoes. Now that it is light later it is a possibility to get back home before dark.
