Today will be a 5.50 run to get to my mileage goal for the week.
I am heading out to my BF's for an over night stay tonight. She is co-hosting a s*x toy party at her place with another friend of hers. Should be a blast. Plan on indulging in the drink which is why I am staying the night.
So last night I created a rotation that utilizes running, Slo Mo for upper body (any 2 day upper body split will work though) and Squeeze and Body Strikes for lower body. I'm very excited to try it.
