As you know I managed a full rest day y'day so today will be Push 3+cardio. Not sure if I will use intervals or a 30 minute cardio work out after Push. It depends on how much time I have before we have to head out.

That's all for now. I caught up with personals last night so go check 'em out if you haven't already! :)

Hope to be able to pop in before heading out for the afternoon.....
 
My work out is done. Push 3 followed by 4DS Kickbox using my weighted gloves. YEOWCH! That was an arse kicker for sure! :D
