Monday is back with a vengeance, isn't it?

Today was a circuit - I did all three 30 day shreds, with the cardio on the rebounder.
 
Hi Everybody!! Today its 4DS KB & Legs for me. Its dark, grey and raining here this morning. What a great day to stay in bed!!

Connie - way to go on that shred! My husband has been doing only level one. He hopes to start level two sometime this week.

Hi all, quick workout for me, have lots of running around to do today.

I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Min. to Fitness-Weights the 31 min. full body time saver workout.

Yes, I am in week 3 of Meso 3 . Almost done. Chest & back was great but long .....68 minutes.

I am trying to figure out what to do next. I am LOVING STS.........maybe I WILL start over, after a short break. Didn't you suggest that Tammy?
What are you going to do next Phyllis ?
 
Becky ~ It was me who suggested another round. I think I may try one of those STS undulating rotations floating around next.
