Good morning everyone,

Today I did KCM Shape UP - everything is tabata style - weights and cardio. At first I was not a fan 'cos I am not a big KCM follower but in the end - I loved it!

Next, I did a few segments of Molly Tittle's Pilates (love this!!!).

Hi ladies,

Today was Hiit Pyramid, then Ab hits.
Rehearsal all morning, then visited DH at rehab. DS and I enjoyed some Chinese food for dinner, yum!
 
Hi everyone,

This morning I did 3/4 of a kb tabata workout - around 45 minutes. I couldn't go on. Then I did a stretch from doyogawithme.com.

Conni glad dh is improving. He must just want to be home.

Hi ladies,

Yes, he does want to come home, but he is still so very weak that he can barely stand up by afternoon. He has a ways to go, and he knows it. The rehab is nice, but there is a shortage of help on the weekends which makes things frustrating at times.
DS and I are going over there soon, hope he has a good day today.
This morning was STS Total Body - I honestly think this is one of Cathe's hardest total body workouts. Opinions?
