Hi ladies,

I'm baaaacckkkk...!

Quick trip to Panama City, but I was able to get a few hours beachside, what a glorious few hours they were!

Back to workouts today - I did Intensity and CLX AB burner to get my fat burning back into high gear after some wonderful oysters, lol!

Seems like you enjoyed your short trip.

I did a mish mosh today. I did Drill Max Cardio Blast + Hoco March (minus last move) + 10 minutes of Piyo Drench (someone gave me PIYO.....) + BJ Gaddour 10 minute KB workout + 10 minutes of Blogilates. I did the last three 10 minute segments with my DD late in the day. The other stuff was my workout this morning.

See you tomorrow! I am on vacay for the next week. 4 families will be together up north. It will be fun!!!!! I plan to check in my workouts so we shall see what I do.
