Hi ladies,

Today I went "off the grid" and did a KCM workout - Cardio Sculpting. It was a good circuit workout and I upped my weights ( thanks to my Cathe training).
 
Hi Ladies just finished a 19 min KB workout. I got a new 25 pound KB today and used it for the swings. It is still too heavy for shoulder press. But I'm feeling strong!

Hi Everyone,

I am back from vacation. We had such a great time - 11 kids, 7 adults = non-stop fun.

I managed Supercuts minus core when I got home today.

Good workouts ladies. Off the grid Conni - you rebel.
 
Good morning everyone,

Back to my reality - cleaning, cooking, laundry :eek:

Today I did Circuit Max minus core work at the end (what a sweat fest that was) + a 10 minute Blogilates workout.

The sun is shining. It rained alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll week in Muskoka. Maybe I can get some colour on my legs today after all.

Today was X10 37 minute premix with Hi/lo and Circuit.

Hi ladies - another sweaty cardio workout today. Totally dripping.
