I am feeling much better!

Today I did CTX Leaner Legs + BJ Gaddour 10 minute torcher + Molly Tittle Pilates - arms section + 20 minute meditation.

Conni - you must be all alone today. What does that feel like? are you still over at the school?

Yep it's just me and Sherman at the house, don't get much chance to enjoy the solitude though, I am either at school rehearsing or at he rehab hospital.
Today was butts and guys standing legs and ab premix , didn't have time for the whole thing.

Hi all,

Got lots to do today so I need to get going.
Today was Cardio Core Circuit and I made it through. This one is tough!
Cleaning, errands, rehab, and taking Sherm for a much needed walk!!
 
Happy Sunday ladies, just smashed out a mish mash of body weight exercises, cardio, and kettlebell. Also got in some pool time today and did some zumba moves to a couple of songs. I should be good and sore tomorrow.
