Turbo Day today!! I did TF 30, Core 20, and Stretch 10. Just the way to start a stressful day. I can at least say I had my good workouts, which is a huge plus in my book.
Hi Connie - I'd love some coffee, thanks. Today is cardio for me. Perhaps KPC, and outdoor run, or a tabata style cardio. Not sure which yet but it will be good.
