Oh happy day everyone! Today I'm going to ramp up the cardio and do JM BFBM. This morning I had a reduced fat cinnamon bun with my coffee, yummo.

I'm drinking lots more water than usual, and I'll try to make sure I eat better the rest of today. That's my promise to myself for today!!

Hi all!

My workout ended up being a warm-up of wall squats, halos and downward dogs. Then I did intervals of swings and cardio.
 
Well, I tried to eat better but I had too many carbs for lunch and a cookie and milk for night snack. Tomorrow's another day...Good night.
