Hi Tammy and Carmen,

Today was Step and Abs from ME, I did Christi Step Heaven for the step workout.
I think I am going to like this rotation, definitely a change from last month!

Wow...it already is indeed Hump Day. What do you think of JM Carmen?

I didn't workout last night. I was so tired. I slept in a bit this morning and did Cathe's Cardio & Weights, minus the weights ;)
 
I just finished NMTZ. Again, pleasantly surprised with this work out also. It is tough but doable. I used 5 lbs dumbbells for this work out but will up the weight when doing the lying chest exercises. I was quite sweaty (my dogs love to lick when I'm lying down exercising). I will continue with the rotation but I'm a little concerned about working the same body parts every day (shoulders, biceps, abs). The weights are low and reps are high. I've worked out with Cathe only for more than 5 years, so Jillian is a nice change and I hope the change that may shock my body a little.

Connie which rotation are you doing? Can you post it ?
