Just finished my coffee. Today its 30 min Zumba express and 60 min fitclub. Need to work off the donut.

Annette - its tough to find the balance.

Today was rest day - I did circuit - Michelle's Best Body Circuit and double ab section. Good workout, but I am tired today.
 
Hi all,

I was down weightwise today so I am happy. I did Slow and Heavy 2 exercises each for triceps and biceps then I did a Jillian Michaels Boost Metabolism workout off of Exercise TV, for my cardio and a little bit of abs.

Tomorrow I have a sub job so no workout for me other than going up and down stairs at the high school.
