Good morning fitness folks....

I am feeling more in control after getting back to more sane eating yesterday.

Today I start week #4 of the Dec rotation with GS CT and a 20 minute steady state run which I will be spending with that smooth-talking Sean from Cardio Coach. Not sure which one I'm doing yet but it will be longer than 20 minutes.

G'morning gals! I could not get myself out of bed this AM, so I'll be doing my thing after work. Yuck! I am not an afternoon exerciser. I hope to do the 2nd day of the 4th rotation week. It consists of the Leg Blast premix from B&G and the bonus abs.

Today was CW, I haven't done that one for awhile, I had forgotten how fun it is!!
