Today was Hiit 30/30 and Ab Circuits Weights and Plates.

Annette - I hope your sil stays strong, chemo is soooo hard to get through!
 
Hi everyone,

Today I did Lower Body premix from Muscle Max + 4/5 segments from Amy Dixon's Breathless Body 2 the edge. That was 31 minutes and intense whoa.

Good workout conni.

I worked today but wanted to get my weight work in so I came home and did heavy weight work for shoulders, biceps and triceps then did CTX Power Circuit abs and a Taebo Express Kicks workout for some cardio.

I work tomorrow so not sure about a workout yet.
