Hi ladies,

Cardio today - kicked butt with BH Ultimate Cardio Challenge. Dripping but happy to get through it. Just what I needed today.

How about the rest of you???
 
Hi ladies,

I did 45 min. of 'THis is Taebo' for some much needed cardio today. Burned 1123 calories so that is very good!! :) Much cooler in the house but I still worked up a good sweat doing this workout.

Hi everyone,

I just didn't get up this morning to workout. I walked at lunch in high park for about 25 minutes and then did Cathe's Hiit 40/20 when I got home. These hiit's are little gems.
