Hi ladies,

Today was Lowmax but I didn't have that much time ( or desire..lol) so I did Rob Glicks Amazing Step Styles. Nice, fun hour of dancy step.

DH hopefully heading to rehab in a day or so...

I did 49 minutes of upper body weights and abs off of CTX Upper Body Split with the Leanet Legs warm up. Then I did a Taebo Express workout for little bit of cardio.

Rest day for me ladies. I'm volunteering tonight. Good workouts ladies. We are all here for you Conni.

Hi ladies. I have a new grand baby! Emma Danielle arrived this morning. Mom and baby doing well.

Today I took a 20 min salsa boxing class then got in some bag work. Great workout. Feeling it in my upper back and shoulders.
