Good Tuesday Morning Friends,

This morning I did Cathe Live Step Hiit (again). I just loved it the first time - I had to do it again.

Did not check in yesterday. My back has been acting up again.

Hi all,

I did my own heavy weight work for shoulders, then did 2 exercises for tris and Biceps. For shoulders it was 6 exercises done to failure. I also did some abs and then an 8 minute Taebo for some cardio.

Was going to the pool but it is too cool and no sunshine so I will put that off til another day.

Hi ladies I did a short barbell workout hitting all the major body parts using a 40 lb bb. It was short but intense, 30 sec work; 10 sec rest.

Day started out great, but ended with me feeling like I'm in over my head...:confused: Tomorrow will be better.
