Siobhan - Yes, a 12 year old would definitely get an education watching OITNB! I even fast forward when my 17 year old is watching with me, lol.

Today was a rest day - Stretch max 3 and Ab Circuits Pilates segment.

Watching for a new rotation....
 
Hi gals,

I did CTX Upper Body Split chest minus push ups and shoulders then did 2 of the ab segments.

Didn't want to tax the hip any more today.

Hi ladies - just finished ZCut cardio workout #11. 3 rounds took me about 18 min. The garage was very hot....

My oldest dog was very ill this past weekend. We thought she had a stroke. She could not walk straight, walking into walls, struggling to get up and around....Vet said she had old dog syndrome (vesticular something...). They gave her steroid shot and antibiotics. She is better today moving around a little better and finally ate a little something today...so scared we were going to lose her. She about 12 years old or so. Such a good girl....

Hi everyone,
I am just taking it easy. Today I did Lean legs and Abs - first 21 minutes. Next I did Squeeze Lower Body Challenge - 30 minutes (whole thing). Next I did a 10 minute BJ Gaddour torcher.

Good workouts ladies! Annette - gosh - take care of that injury.
