Hi ladies,

Siobhan - I need my rotations to help give me structure, as I seem to be flying around by the seat of my pants in most every other aspect of my life right now, lol!

Today was a rest day - I did and hour of Power Yoga with Jeanette and then Ab Circuits yoga abs with Cathe.
 
Conni how is your dh doing these days?

I did half of Totally Hot Cardio then my knee screamed again so I stopped, & took more naproxen sodium, sigh. I also did abs off this one too. I then did Jeannette Jenkins Sexy Arms Legs and Abs floorwork.

Now I have running around to do.
 
Hi ladies just finished day 8 of the 21 day bootcamp challenge...good and sweaty!
