Hi ladies I officially started my holiday vacation yesterday!! Today I worked out for 25 min a mixture of heavy dumb bells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio. Good and sweaty. I'm seeing some results from eating lean. ab area is much smaller. I only lost a half pound, but clothes fit good and starting to see some definition in arms, shoulders.

Hi gals,

I did CTX Leaner Legs. Warm up then did CTX Triceps and Biceps and MIS abs then did Taebo Express for a little cardio. Hip still hurts not sure how long I will go before seeing someone about it. Getting older stinks.

I am also getting migraines with just the aura and no pain which could be hormonal. I looked them up and evidently they are more prone in older adults. I have had one for the last days days. :(
