Hi ladies,

On time today!:D

This morning was a good mishmash on the rotation-
X10 Double Low Impact plus Lean legs and Abs Timesaver 1 ( 62 min).

Cathe Live coming up, I hope the roadtrip classes get filmed for us also!
 
Hi Conni and all to follow,

I did my own heavy weights for shoulders (taking it to failure) then did some free weights for chest and back also. Did my own abwork also.

Good workouts. Today I did great flutes first two segments + kcm body training 1st workout.
