I may take a break from weights today, since I have bigtime DOMS from all my BBC workouts.
I'm thinking maybe cardio (step or bike) and maybe a little Tai Chi- which I am trying to do once a week.

Today is a rest day before I take on BBC with Becky. I need to go and weigh in at WW today since it is the end of the month. My weight is down this morning with a little room to spare, let's hope it stays that way until 5:30 this evening.

Didn't work out on Tuesday- rough day and a very long day for me :(

Good morning everyone,

Today I felt like another cardio, I will do my Slo Mo Legs tomorrow.
I did Kim Miller Aerobic Euphoria Step workout and then LIS core and stretch.

What do you think the next rotation is going to be???
 
I'm hoping the next rotation will be an endurance rotation. I have been doing heavy weights since Oct. and need to switch things up! if not, I will be doing Feb. 07 rotation starting Sunday.

Poor hubby. I think it's better if I don't even mention it when I buy new workouts anymore.

Hi all,

I did the Fat Blasting (taebo) Cardio workout with weighted gloves on today then did the Triceps and Biceps off of PUB down only premix then did a few abs on my ball. I have to workout tomorrow since we are getting cable internet and digital cable on Saturday and they are coming during my usual workout time.
