Good morning everyone,

I take it everyone has the day off but me:(.

This morning I did Jari Love Get Extremely Ripped workout 1 (she is so annoying in this one) and added on 17 minutes of Delta Fit Phase 2 workout 1. I couldn't go on. At least I am improving in terms of endurance. It was good to workout.

Have a great day off everyone. Conni - we got a ton of snow overnight. Finally, snow for the kids to play in. I better get the sled out.
 
Siobhan im working today too. It is so dead here today. I will be back later with a check in.

PS no snow over here. :cool:

Hi again! just finished a 30 min crossfit type workout. I did my two sets of eight negative pull ups. I have much more control coming down now. After I did an assortment of heavy dumbbell upper body work, reptile pushups, tricep pushups on knees, weighted plyo squats, v sits. Finished off with eight competition burpees. Whew!

The Xtrain is coming!

Good workout Carmen! Today was busy at work as we are on skeleton staff.
