Hi all,

Today was Lean legs and Abs, since that is the dvd Cathe has displayed on her rotation, and not Leaner Legs...Ha!
 
Hi Conni,

Today I did Xtrain Chest/back/shoulders burnsets + Tonique Premier Squats which was an additional 17 minutes. I plan on doing Lean Legs & abs soon too.
