Daily Check-In Thursday, 9/16

Happy Friday Eve!!

I slept a little better last night :confused: I'll be glad when this week is over. This morning will be a intervals on the treadmill. My shoulder is sore this morning, so it may be treadmill workouts for the rest of the week.

Today was cardio intervals - I did TF Hiit 25, and then Extreme Core from CLX, and the band stretch segment from Cathe. I was supposed to do an interval workout today, I hope this fits the bill.
I am just not into look cardio this week for some reason. Maybe I can motivate myself to do something longer this weekend. I guess we all go through phases...
 
Good morning. I was thinking of doing upper body cuz the toning from last nights bootcamp left me wanting more. So its either pyramid upper or do the scheduled cardio Turbo jam.

Today was cardio so I did what was called Explosive Cardio off of Exercise TV with Kendall Hogan. Not a bad workout very good for only being about 30 min. long.

I am still on track to meet my mini goal so I am happy.:)
