Off to do LIS weights first premix. I am hoping to increase my weights today, I always have a hard time upping my weights for shoulders.

Phyllis~ glad you woke up refreshed, although GS chest + tri, may make you wish you'd stayed in bed!!LOL That is one tough workout!

Deanie - I'm in the last week of Debbie's Leg Blast rotation and I plan to start the 4DS rotation next week. I'm loving this heavy lifting!

Today is GS C&T and will pick up a segment of abs from somewhere.

Last night: Cardio and Weights (minus abs)
Bowflex: Leg curls, leg extensions, leg presses (two
legged and single leg) and calf raises.

I think I'll do biceps and maybe the stationary bike....not sure on cardio yet.
Yesterday was shoulders and step.

Phyllis, I'm glad the headache is gone. Welcome back !

Its zero degrees here this morning. A VERY cold start ! Snow coming this afternoon. Ice tomorrow !

Good Morning Ladies!

Well slept maybe a total of 3 hours again, not good :( I haven't been up to par on my workouts; thinking about making an appointment with my doctor about my inability to fall asleep and stay asleep then feeling tired throughout the day.

I am going to attempt a CC on my treadmill today see if that helps any.

Hi all,

It is a rough day today, isn't it? I just feel like crawling back into bed ( with a cup of coffee, of course )!

Today was cardio - Franny's All Out hi/lo workout ab hits. I miss her so much!
 
Okay I ended up with a weird mishmosh of a workout this morning.:eek:

Cardio conditioning from KPC (skipping the last few drills because my dvd froze)
biceps from BM2, supersets and PP
abs from supersets

Its was only okay. I don't care for KB as most of you know, but just needed a change. I think next time I'll do the kicking & punching combos. I like that better than the premix I chose.

Hi all,

I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit and abs off of MIS for my workout today. My strategy is working my weight is coming back down doing this all cardio week (with some weight work thrown in too). So I am a happy camper.:7 :) :7
