Daily Check In Thur Jan 28

Good morning,

Today was GS CT, but I am really getting tired of that one, so I am doing the Slo Mo Challenge for the rest of the weightwork on this rotation. Today was the Back and Shoulder Split, and I added the core section also.

Conni--I love Slo Mo. The music in that workout is pretty good too.

I wanted to do something a tad more challenging than JM's Shred 1 so I did Bodystrikes. I had never done it before but I liked it and it didn't require me to think too much so early in the morning.

Hi all,

I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps (modifying or leaving out when needed) for my workout today.

Really need to do abs but it will have to wait till tomorrow, I have to clean a bathroom that housed our ornery cat (the one peeing everywhere) at night and now sadly he is gone, we gave him back to who we got him from 7.5 years ago, with the new floors going in we just couldn't put up with him peeing on them all the time.
