Hi all,
I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps (modifying or leaving out when needed) for my workout today.
Really need to do abs but it will have to wait till tomorrow, I have to clean a bathroom that housed our ornery cat (the one peeing everywhere) at night and now sadly he is gone, we gave him back to who we got him from 7.5 years ago, with the new floors going in we just couldn't put up with him peeing on them all the time.
