Good Morning Glories!

I didn't sleep well at all last night :mad: and then I overslept :mad: Probably a quick run on the treadmill for me.

Tammy, I had a lousy night too. Nowhere near enough sleep ! BLAH!!!

Today is shoulders/bi/tri - disc 30 ??

Hurray, hurray its Friday! :D I also had a bit of a disturbed sleep pattern last night. Today is cardio and abs and I have to finish bicep work from yesterday.

Btw whoever shared the oatmeal smoothie recipe....thank you!! it is delicious.

Hi everyone,

Today was Cardio Collectible Step workout, the TRI section of GS, and Ab Hits.

I am glad this week is almost over, I am not thrilling to one body part a day..

TGIF!
 
Ok I purposely did not take any jobs today so I could catch up on all my errands and workouts. I did PUB up only premix then did a 22 min. kickboxing premix off of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutues to Fitness-Kickboxing for my cardio. So even with my crazy week, I got all of upper body in, and 3 cardio workouts not too bad considering.

Have a great weekend, not sure what is in store for it.:D
 
BLARGH!!

Workout didn't happen this morning, just wasn't up to it. In fact I struggled with my workouts all week. Meso 3 UB workouts are too dang long to fit in before I leave for work, hopefully I'll catch up this weekend.

My beloved Siena team lost to Purdue :(:(

Oatmeal Smoothie

Not sure if it was Connie or Becky that posted this a few weeks back. I had it yesterday, delicious.

1/4 cup oatmeal
1 T nut butter (I used almond)
1 scoop protein
1 T honey (can leave out)
1T flaxseed
1 cup milk (almond or soy)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Ice, blend, enjoy. Can also add frozen banana.

I used peanut butter instead of almond and soy milk. I used about a teaspoon of Honey because that's all I had left but you could leave it out.

Enjoy.
