Hello ladies,

Worked out yesterday but Friday had to leave work early as I was ill and just went to bed.

Yesterday morning: GymStyle Chest (minus push-ups)
Bowflex pulley work (backs of legs/glutes, and
abduction and adduction work)

Yesteray afternoon: (85 min premix {step, hi-lo, weight circuit]
from SJP

Got half my housecleaning done too as well as my supermarket shopping.

Have a good rest of the weekend.

Wow, it sounds like you were on some mission yesterday Cathy!

Today is KPC, but I am not in a kickboxing mood, so I am going off the beaten path and doing Rob's Bosu Cardio Fusion.

Not too much on the agenda today, probably some netflix and popcorn, and cleaning, of course!:+

Today will be iTread 13/30, some ab work and then a nice stretch. I took a rest day yesterday as we drove out to Rochester to visit DS#2.

Phyllis ~ Yes, the boys are coming home for spring break, but I only two of them have spring break the same week x(

Tammy,thanks for asking. Dh is still sick with the flu and I ended up rescheduling.
I go this coming Friday now.

At least it's not bothering me much now, so I felt like it was okay to wait.

No workout yesterday and bad eating. Today I will walk on the TM.
Darn it. Did anyone see the review on OD about Tracy's walking DVD?
Now I want that !!:p :eek: I can't afford to keep reading everyone's reviews !!!!!:eek:

Hello everyone!

Becky - I sent you an email.

Well, I worked this weekend and I'm tired but am doing to do GS BSB and maybe something else if I can muster up the energy.

I took rest days Friday and Saturday and like Becky, have been eating crap. I seemed to have crawled out of the hole that I seem to fall into every month for a few days and hopefully will be back to business today.

One more day of work tomorrow and then I'm off Tuesday... come on Tuesday!
 
I ended up doing CC#3. Shorter than most but effective !

I even ran (jogged, really) the sprints. My fastest 10 second sprints were 7mph. But it's progress!:7
