KM is on the calendar for today but I'm going to do a little tweaking to the calendar due to missing yday's workout.
So today is definitely STS back/tris, Ab circuits wts and plates abs.
I may sub STS pylo legs for KM since it is shorter if I can fit it in today. If not, I'll just fit it in later.
