Good morning everyone,

Back at it this morning. I did STS Meso 3 (strength) chest and back + Crossfire Fitness blast which is 20 minutes + a 5 minute cool down/stretch which I did. It's a nice replacement for intensity double hiit (which i love). And to think - I didn't even feel like working out. hmmph.

You had a great workout this morning, way to go!

Today was Hiit 30/30, then Jillians 6 week to Six Pack workout one. Hour well spent!
 
Sadly nothing, hubby is off and goes back to work tomorrow so hopefully I will resume with something tomorrow, and I had a migraine all day :(& with hubby doing plumbing work:) (to fix the tub upstairs) the smells of plumbing cement and cleaner did NOT:( help at all.

So back to the grindstone tomorrow barring I don't get called for a sub job.

Hi ladies I'm playing grandma for the next few days.....I will check in if I get a workout in.
