Today was Hiit 40/20 and AB circuits: Stablility Ball.

Another week is upon us!
 
Hi gals,

I did heavy weight work for shoulders some triceps and then floorwork for legs and abs. Also KCM Kickboxing premix for cardio.

Busy week ahead.
